(Rheumatrex®, TrexallTM, Amethopterin, Methotrexate Sodium, MTX)

Used in the treatment of breast, head and neck, lung, stomach, and esophagus cancers. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), sarcomas, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), gestational trophoblastic cancer, and mycosis fungoides (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma).

(Calcium Leucovorin, Citrovorum Factor, Folinic Acid)

In combination with fluoruracil to treat cancers such as; colon and rectal, head and neck, esophageal, and other cancers of the gastrointestinal tract.

As an antidote to effects of certain chemotherapy drugs such as methotrexate.

Treatment of megaloblastic anemia when folic acid deficiency is present.

Treatment of Hodgkin's disease.

Other uses include non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, brain tumors, melanoma, lung cancer, and multiple myeloma.

(Oncovin ®, Vincasar Pfs, Vincristine Sulfate, LCR, VCR)

Cancers treated with Vincristine include: acute leukemia, Hodgkin's and non- Hodgkin's lymphoma, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, Wilms' tumor, multiple myeloma, chronic leukemias, thyroid cancer, brain tumors.

It is also used to treat some blood disorders.
